The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) activated a statewide public hotline for citizens or providers needing guidance regarding the novel coronavirus, or COVID-19. At 8 a.m. today, the hotline opened and can be reached at 877-435-8411. The hotline is being operated by medical professionals and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Are you experiencing COVID-19 type symptoms?

If emergency

  • Dial 911 and tell them your symptoms.

If non-emergency

  • Call your health care provider and tell them your symptoms.

If non-emergency and you do not have health care provider:

  • Call the Northwest Health Services COVID-19 hotline at 816-596-2301
  • Mosaic Community Health Line at 816-271-4000
  • Urgent Care Express - (816) 396-9500
