Priority: Raw animal products stored over ready to eat foods (COS).

 Core: Flooring and tiles in disrepair in high traffic areas, foods uncovered with risk of cross-contamination, rags used to line shelves in cooking area (contact surfaces should be smooth and cleanable), dumpster lids open (COS), mops no stored properly between uses, no hand soap at handwashing sinks (COS), and improper thawing methods in use.

Complaint able to be validated, restaurant found not in compliance with Missouri Food Code and the Andrew County Food Ordinance.

Priority: Proof of pests and pest harborage observed.

Core: Dirty walls and floors from infrequent cleaning observed in back store room and management unable to provide proof of in date food safety certifications.

Compliance program implemented and follow up scheduled.
