Meetings
Meetings the 2nd Monday of each month at the Andrew County Health Department at 6:00 p.m.. (The Board does not meet in July)

Eligibility
There must be a significant delay in 2 or more areas with the Vineland only counting as one.

• Cognitive Score must be 75 or below
• Total Language (expressive, receptive, and combined)
• Total Motor
• Adaptive (Vineland)
• Social/Emotional/Behavioral

The Sunshine Factory is a member of the MACDDS.

Our funding programs:

• Consumer cap of $2500.00 for all funding services combined
• Bus Transportation to and from places of employment, workshops, and/or day habilitation programs
• Reimbursement for families who provide their own transportation
• Partnering with UCP to provide services to Andrew County Residents
• Consumer Relations Services with a yearly cap of $1200.00
• Camp

NEW POLICY
The Sunshine Factory Board adopted a new policy that went into effect on 4-1-08.

All bus/van riders who will not be riding the bus on a day they are scheduled to ride and does NOT call the driver at least 30 minutes prior to pickup or chooses to not call at all for a total of three (3) times in a funding year (January-December) will not be eligible to ride the bus for the remainder of that funding year. Those riders may re-apply for transportation services the following funding year.
