Food Establishment Inspection Reports

 

The Andrew County Health Department conducts food service inspections under the authority of the Andrew County Food Service Ordinance. This Ordinance sets forth standards by which sources of food, food service establishments, food service personnel, and food service equipment are regulated to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the public. Critical items relate directly to factors which lead to Foodborne illness, these items must receive immediate action. Non-critical items relate to the maintenance of food operations and cleanliness, these items are to be corrected by the next regular inspection.

October 2017 Food Establishment Inspection Report

Senor Barrigas, 107 W HWY 71, Savannah, MO 64485. Routine/ Complaint. 10/03/2017. Critical: Food items not properly covered with risk of contamination, hot holding in kettle not holding at 135degrees or higher, dirty cheese grater, dirty utensil bin, excessive flies, proper cooling procedure not being follow- corrected, cold items not temping at 41degrees or below. Non-Critical: floor coming apart in some areas, clogged floor drain, unsealed wood, dirty fan-guards, hand-sink dirty, hand-sink being used for purposes other than handwashing, dirty bin, some shelving dirty, dirty door, ceiling tile not in place, missing ceiling tile.
